Handle with care
Avoid pulling or stretching your products excessively. Store them in a clean, dry place when not in use.
Use mild products
Use mild soap or a gentle detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners and harsh chemicals.
Rinse thoroughly
Make sure to rinse well so no soap residue is left behind.
Air dry only
Air dry your products in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat.
Store properly
Store products in the included pouch or a clean container to protect them from dust and moisture.
2. CARE BY PRODUCT TYPE
Sleep Masks
• Spot clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap.
• For deeper cleaning, hand wash gently in cool water.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry unless stated on the product care label.
Earplugs
• Rinse reusable silicone earplugs with lukewarm water and mild soap.
• Do not wash disposable foam earplugs; replace them when soiled or worn.
• Allow reusable earplugs to dry completely before storing.
Storage Cases & Pouches
• Wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
• Avoid soaking or machine washing unless permitted by the care label.
• Allow the case or pouch to dry fully before placing products inside.
Fabric Accessories
• Hand wash gently in cool water with mild detergent.
• Do not wring, twist or use bleach and fabric softener.
• Air dry flat in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
Sleep Tools
• Unplug electronic sleep tools before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Keep openings, controls and charging ports dry, and never immerse the device in water.
